Engaged by Presentation College to complete an overall site analysis and then identify different zones that could be developed to provide better use of the site.The first phase of the project was to develop a central pedestrian precinct.Overall we needed to declutter this space and provide a neat low maintenance solution.
OUR SOLUTION
The area was resurfaced to a uniform level and a new drainage system was installed throughout.A day-bed was placed beneath an existing tree and an oversized chess board was included as part of the new paving.The treatments we installed were simple, using paving pattern and material change to reflect usage and pedestrian circulation.
