We were initially engaged as design consultants and worked with a range of stakeholders to navigate an acceptable town planning proposal for the pontoon and deck works on the banks of the Yarra.
OUR SOLUTION
As landscape architects we provided digital documentation and managed the planning and building approval process.The planning process for this work took over 4 years to complete. Once our engagement as design consultants was completed we were then engaged to manage the construction of the pontoon and deck.The planting design and implementation were completed in conjunction with the main construction works, with mature pencil pines and complementary under-storey plants to finish the landscape. This project is a testament to the seamless process that is landscape architecture and construction.
