To revive a formal ‘traditional’ treatment to the front face and to complement a contemporary extension to the rear.
OUR SOLUTION
Front – In keeping with the nature of the period home, a picket fence was reintroduced with a contemporary interpretation of a traditional style layout. The bluestone paving was designed with formal edging and feature planting.
Back – The entertaining capacity of the terrace was maximised with seating along the edges and a modern architectural layout. The planting chosen enabled low maintenance and complemented against the rich textures in the boundary screen treatments.
